I recently purchased a Mc Nulty Drascombe Lugger through Wave Marine. The boat was in Salcombe and I was 620 miles away in the Highlands of Scotland. I was largely reliant upon the accurate description of the boat provided by Mr Tim Heynes of Wave Marine. I travelled to Salcombe and observed the boat to be in very nice condition as described. Mr Heynes met my brother and I, guiding us through the lanes to Salcombe. Once I had decided to go ahead with the purchase, Mr Heynes offered much practical help and advice in order to load and secure the boat onto my new trailer. I was very pleased with the level of service from Mr Heynes before, during and after the sale of the boat. The various documents arrived as promised. I am very pleased with the boat. Overall the service was excellent. Obviously if you are buying a big complicated boat a marine survey is necessary but I am sure that Mr Heynes will be able to offer honest guidance and opinions before you get to that stage. I feel confident that I received a good, honest service. I would recommend Wave Marine to prospective buyers. Incidentally the people at Bramber, Willand, were very helpful too.
